Victor Hugo is Argentine Tango dancer, performer, instructor, choreographer, promoter, milonga organizer and DJ. there is very few people in the world who have this experience in so many areas of tango as he does.

He has been dancing and performing since the age of four as an adolescent, he was trained in Gregorian chant, classical ballet, flamenco, gymnastics, diving and martial arts.

He has been dancing tango since 1996 and teaching tango in Toronto since 2001. He has had the opportunity to study with several well known tango instructors and completed a Tango Instruction Course with tango legend Brigitta Winkler.

In his teaching philosophy, Victor Hugo incorporates disciplines such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming, as well as motivational psychology, the "Pilsmeur" system, and the Kinetic-Art system for dancers.

Victor Hugo has a special talent for creating a fun and inspiring learning atmosphere for his students. In addition to being a performer, he is also the quintessential social dancer and his classes focus on tango as a social dance, with the added flair that comes from his artistic and performance background.

Victor Hugo is recognized as one of the best tango instructors in Toronto. He has received several invitations to teach and DJ at different tango festivals in Europe, Asia and South America.

He is the host and DJ of the popular weekly Milonga Sentimental and Monthly Milonga Tango Negro.
